When my wife and I heard this song for the first time we knew that we would have to use it for our wedding. It is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. I have been a long time fan of Sleeping At Last and have listened to their stuff for many many years. They make some incredible records. If you have never listened to them please start now. For our wedding day, we decided that my wife would walk down the aisle to the instrumental version of this song and then we would close out the evening with the full version during our last dance. Throughout all the wedding planning I came up with this idea to surprise my wife by recording this song. The idea was that when we shared the last dance she would be expecting the original version by Sleeping At Last but what she didn't know is that it would actually be me singing. I will be honest, when I committed to at least trying to record this, I genuinely had my doubts. Ryan O'Neal is one of the most incredible vocalists and it is deathly hard to do this song justice. It's truly perfect. However, for the sake of being romantic I decided to ignore my fears and go for it. I hope you enjoy.
